I’m Sophia Rose, Master Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, Healthy Love
Coach and Life Coach, teacher, speaker and author. I also have an extensive variety of additional coaching certifications, because I believe that we cannot separate our health from the rest of our life…everything is interconnected.
My coaching methods, practices and tools are designed specifically for women, and I have a very holistic body-mind-spirit, heart and soul approach, combined with a
compassionate and empowering coaching style.

Inspired by the tragic loss of my mother to cancer when I was young, as well as my own health, love and life challenges, and my transformational journey of holistic healing and empowerment, I love teaching and coaching women on how to become their most healed, whole, empowered women selves – in every aspect of their lives.
Eating a healthy, nutritious diet, regular exercise, proper rest, and adequate sleep are, of course, all vitally important. Yet, very often, most women find that working solely on the physical level of health, without a deeper and more holistic approach to health and healing, is insufficient to achieve the results and lasting change they desire. This is because true wellness involves the integration of body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
