MEET
Tracy Bell WHNP
Tracy Bell, MSN, WHNP, APRN received her Bachelor of Science from Frostburg State University in 2017.

Following graduation, she worked as a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Medicine and Gastroenterology. While working as an RN, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2021, where she concentrated on health promotion, disease prevention, and health education with a focus on well-woman care, and reproductive and gynecological care.
As a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, she has provided client-centered care for all gender identities from puberty through adulthood, focusing on common and complex gynecological, sexual, and reproductive health needs. Tracy is an active listener who focuses on individualized, whole-person care. Tracy prioritizes improving the health and well-being of our community by delivering excellent, person-centered care every day. She is also passionate about improving access to and quality of Graduate Medical Education for students and continues to serve as a resource to and mentor for health professionals in training.

Tracy works very closely with Dr. Gueye, as she co-manages the complex gynecological cases we receive, in a compassionate way that upholds our vision and honors the women we serve.
